We say it often, “Amazing Care starts from within.” But what exactly does that mean? To us, it means cultivating a workplace culture rich in resources necessary for the professional development and personal growth of our team. We recognize that our success is dependent on our team’s

commitment to Amazing Care and that it is our duty to celebrate and support their dedication. In alignment with this mission, we would like to share with you some exciting advancements recently made in our corporate culture.

As part of our TrueLife program , which encompasses Life’s Culture, Life’s Skills, and Life’s Dreams, we are excited to introduce to you, Travis Snyder, TrueScripts Dream Manager.

Inspired by Matthew Kelly’s book, The Dream Manager, Travis will serve as a resource to our team and work closely with them to discuss life aspirations - whether personal or professional - and develop a plan for achieving them.

TrueScripts leaders understand that investments in our team are vital to the powerful connections we build. And while we witness the fruits of our cultural labor daily with the Amazing Care that our team provides, we were fortunate enough this year to receive further validation that these investments are resonating with our team.

In February, TrueScripts was officially recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. This 16th annual statewide program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. It is designed to identify, recognize, and honor participating employers in Indiana with leading workplace cultures.

Companies across Indiana entered into the Best Places to Work recognition process, which evaluated workplace practices and surveyed team members to measure the employee experience. The combined scores identified the top 125 companies across the state, and final rankings were announced at an awards ceremony on May 6th.
