No spread pricing/hidden fees

We guarantee that every dollar in drug cost billed to the client is the cost paid to the pharmacy. We do not collect revenue from a differential between what the pharmacy is paid and what the client is billed. And with our detailed invoicing, you can easily fact check us!

Our rebates pass through to the client

Our contracted pricing and rebates pass through to the Client. We are not incentivized to stack formularies with high-cost drugs to drive higher rebates, as we do not make revenue from the drugs that are filled. Our primary goal is to keep clients’ costs low.

Eliminating conflicts of interest

We have no conflict of interest in representing our Clients’ and Members’ best interests because we do not own any pharmacies. While PBMs do not have a legal fiduciary responsibility for their clients, our "Affirmative Covenants and Transparency Commitments" clause contractually obligates us to operate in a fully disclosed and mission-aligned manner for our clients.
