“I first want to say, I wish there were more of you out there! I honestly can say I sensed the compassion in your voice and that you were putting yourself in my shoes. You talked with me and calmed me down when I was overly emotional and tired of fighting. You worked with me and my daughter's pediatrician to make sure she didn't go without medication. About a week later, my daughter gets a package in the mail from TrueScripts with the cutest teddy bear in it! You took the time to write out a card with the bear, and that right there meant the world. You didn't HAVE to go the extra mile, but you chose to. You chose to send that after everything was said and done, and honestly, when I got that and read the card, I cried.
