February 2024 - TrueScripts Management Services, a prescription benefit management (PBM) company in Washington, IN, gratefully celebrates its 10th anniversary in business. This milestone is a testament to the company's commitment to excellence, continuous innovation, and, most importantly, the invaluable relationships built with clients, partners, and its own team members over the past decade.

From its humble beginnings in 2014, TrueScripts has grown from a visionary startup to a nationally recognized trailblazer in the PBM sector, focusing on bringing unprecedented service and transparency to an industry of depraved reputation. Today, TrueScripts is a Team Member Owned Company (aka ESOP) with a team of more than 150, serving over 500 clients, and delivering Amazing Care to members across all 50 states. 

The journey began with a simple mission: to build lasting relationships by providing prescription benefit management expertise at a personal and customized level to ensure optimum value at the lowest possible cost. TrueScripts has been steadfast in its commitment to ensuring cost-effective, high-quality healthcare solutions for both clients and members. 

As TrueScripts reflects on the past decade, it wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the clients and partners who have been with the company since its inception. Their trust, loyalty, and collaboration have been pivotal in TrueScripts' growth and success.

Recounting the formation of TrueScripts, Nathan says, "Being a pharmacist, I saw first-hand a number of issues in the industry, which led me to decide we could do something better. We knew there was so much false information and manipulation in the traditional PBM space, so we wanted something to be true. Co-Founder Kevin Messmer adds, "It was all about creating a company that first and foremost cares." This concept reverberates through to the very core of TrueScripts as Co-Founder John Bell recalls, “We have always agreed that we never want to be the biggest PBM, just the best PBM. “Best” to us means always providing Amazing Care internally to our TrueScripts family and externally to our clients and members.

As TrueScripts celebrates its 10th year of making a difference in people's lives, the team wishes to share a collective message, "Our shared vision is to deliver Amazing Care to every person we serve, every day.
